Is it safe to order marijuana online?

Yes! It’s safe. Our products are of the highest quality and are packed in discrete odour less vacuum sealed packages. They are shipped according to shipping couriers recommended best practice and tracked all the way to your home.

Police cannot interfere with your mail because the Post Office Corporation Act stops them from getting warrants to seize mail, unless there’s a national security risk.
To date, no one has been arrested or had any problems receiving pot in the mail.

Is my package shipped safely to me?

Yes. We ensure that the package is packaged with care and vacuumed sealed.This protects your purchase and your privacy. We use FEDEX TRUST SHIP mailers which are secure and discreet.

Can I order outside of US?

Yes. We ship outside the United States.

When does my order ship out?

All orders and payment received by 12 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.
If we receive your order and payment after 12 pm PST, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Can I cancel, edit or add to my order?

If you want to edit or add to your order, you need to create a new order with us. We will then cancel the old order. Email us at with your order number that you want cancelled. This will be cancelled or edited if it hasn’t shipped out yet.


Which payment methods are accepted on 420marijuana-store

We accept  Cashapp, Bitcoin, Zelle and Bank Transfer for now.

I’ve sent payment, what’s next?

Transfer email can take 40 minutes to an hour to reach our email once you send payment. We will process the payment and pack your order. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order (click on the link to go to our courier’s site).

Is there a minimum and maximum order amount?

We have a $200 minimum order amount. There is no max order amount. Orders $449+ are shipped free of charge. In other cases – $15 and $25 flat rate shipping fee depending on your delivery address.

How much time do I have to submit payment for my order?

Once you submit your order, we will email you a receipt with instructions to pay. Your order will be on hold until your submit payment. After a day or two, we will send a reminder email to pay for your order. If we do not receive your payment in 5 business days, your order will be cancelled.


How do you package my shipment?

Most people require the utmost discreet packaging that’s why we first vacuum seal all our smelly products for maximum smell/freshness protection.
From there, we package your product into a normal internal outside wrapper. We then put this all into a box (or bubble envelope should we see fit) with no external markings.

How long will we have to wait for our product to arrive?

It depends on your location. All items are sent via FEDEX TRUST SHIP from British Columbia area. Typically packages arrive within 3-4 business days to major cities, and 4-5 days in rural areas. We do have Priority shipping available at an additional cost arriving typically in 1-2 days to major cities, and 3-4 in rural areas. Upon successfully ordering you will be supplied a tracking number where you can track your package on Courier site As these are only estimates, we do not refund or compensate for a late shipment.

Do you ship outside of US?

Yes. We do ship out of US at flat rate fee.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, please let us know and we will file a trace with our Courier agency. If a trace is filed, our Courier agent will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package for up to $125, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

My tracking number doesn’t seem to work?

We will email you your tracking number before it’s been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Courier website. Please wait till the end of day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If it does not, please email or feel free to contact our live chat anytime and we will be happy to look into it for you.
